These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Choppyx (choppyx.com and the Choppyx mobile app), a marketplace and community for watersports riders. By creating an account or using Choppyx, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You must be at least 16 years old to use Choppyx. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate others, scrape or misuse the platform, upload malware, or attempt to circumvent our security or moderation systems.
Marketplace conduct
Listings must accurately describe the item, its condition and price, and may only include gear you are legitimately entitled to sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for honoring any sale you agree to. Choppyx is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the condition, legality or delivery of any item.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
Choppyx has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that is offensive, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable — and any user who engages in abusive behavior — will be removed, and the responsible account may be terminated.
Reporting & blocking
Every listing, profile, post and message can be reported directly from the app. You can also block any user to stop them from contacting you or seeing your content. We review reports and act on them promptly, which may include removing content, warning a user, or suspending or terminating an account.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or objectionable behavior, or otherwise put other users or the platform at risk. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings. Termination does not affect any obligations that arose before it.
